To the Johnson family:
Travis was one of my closest friends growing up. I loved his smile the most. When he smiled that wonderful, big grin; his eyes smiled too. The rest of the world does not know what they have lost.
My heart goes out to you all.

To Travis\' family:

My heartfelt condolences on the loss of your son, brother, husband, father, nephew, and cousin - Travis.  I came to know Travis about a decade ago through mutual friends, and although our time spent together over the years was at best infrequent and limited, it always amazed me how he could put a smile on my face just by seeing his grin or the hilarious things he said and did.  i don\'t claim to know Travis all that well, but what i did know was that he had a very kind and generous heart.  One time my cell phone stopped working, so he literally just gave me one of his old ones that he kept just for the kids to turn on and play around with.  Whenever he bought firewood off me he would give me more money than i asked for.  When i needed an extra hand with my lawn care business he helped me out for several months .  He\'d always buy you a drink at the bar. He probably would have given me the shirt off his back if i asked for it.  For a brief time not too long  ago he lived near me in Mt Top, and we got to reconnect a few times.  I will miss his enthusiasm and infectious smile, and I wish his time here wasn\'t so brief.  God Bless Travis, and may your loved ones find peace and hope as they try to get through this sad time...

Kenny, Darlene and family,
Many have been blessed to have been graced by your son's big heart and his inviting personality. It is truly the mark of wonderful parents. Losing a child is a pain so high; you can't get over it, so low; you can't get under it, so wide you can't get around it. You can only try to get through it with help of family and friends.  Every bit of our hearts goes out to you and your family during this most difficult time.
