I cannot begin to express how absolutely wonderful the whole service was . I am still hearing compliments. I could not have asked for more compassionate care and attendance to detail the staff , especially Sarah . I have never felt more warmth and kindness, and professionalism. My husband looked so great after being so ill and having had the brain surgery. My family was equally impressed. The dove release and song was so touching! Sara made quite an impression. She was very kind, compassionate and accommodating. She also responded quickly to additional calls and emails which had things we wanted to add. We had a viewing in church before the funeral. All three funeral directors followed our requests to the T. Everything was very well explained to us, including things we would not have thought of. My family was so impressed with Brian and his staff's professional and personal attention to my precious father, James Uston. My father was treated with such respect and with such thoughtfulness that it felt as though he was being taken care of by family when he was with Brian and his staff.
