William C. Witner, 83, of Berwick, passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 14, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton.
Born in Hazleton on September 7, 1938, he was the son of the late William T. and Thelma Witner and spent the past three years in Berwick, after moving from Beaver Meadows.
William was employed for many years as a Truck Driver for Steve Perchak Trucking, Hazleton. He enjoyed working in his garage and shooting pool.
He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by his wife Rosalie (Spencer) Witner, a daughter Maria Hydock, and four brothers Richard, Frank, Raymond, and Duane Witner,.
Surviving are a son William B. Witner and his wife Marviann, Berwick; daughter Laura Witner, Hazleton; five grandchildren Lindsey, Matthew and Nicholas Hydock, Jared and Eric Witner; a brother Jerry Witner and his wife Lorraine, Virginia; a sister Norma Brobst, Weatherly; and several nieces and nephews
All services for Bill will be held at the convenience of the family through Harman Funeral Homes and Crematory Inc. (East) 669 West Butler Drive, Drums.
