Maurice L. Fierro, 93, of Hazleton, passed away April 19, 2018 at 7:43 am at his home.

Born in Hazleton, February 11, 1925, he was the son of Gennaro and Grace (DiScianni) Fierro, both immigrants of the Cilento Province of Southern Italy.

Surviving are a son Maurice G. Fierro, a grandson Nils G. Fierro, and a sister Grace Albano.

Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
