Cecelia M. (Kubitsky) Sydlo

Cecelia M. Sydlo, age 93 of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, August 26th 2018.

She was born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, to the late Frank Kubitsky and Pauline Reese Kubitsky.

Cecelia enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, canning and spending time with her family. Cecelia attended St. Stephen Catholic Community where she was a member for three years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Joseph F. Sydlo, her sisters Agnes Bagnata and Mary Kubitsky; brothers Frank Kubitsky, John Kubitsky, Bernard Kubitsky, Thomas Kubitsky, and Albert Kubitsky.

She is survived by her son, Joseph D. Sydlo and his wife, Cynthia; three grandchildren, Joseph J. Sydlo, Celina A. Sydlo, and Benjamin A. Sydlo; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Cecelia to missions or a charity of your choice.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stephen Catholic Community Church, 14544 Lebanon Rd, Old Hickory, TN 37138 on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior beginning at 9:00 a.m. Luncheon to follow after Mass in church hall.

Graveside committal services will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 11 am in Calvary Cemetery, 49 S Hunter Hwy, Drums.  A luncheon will follow the graveside service.  Harman Funeral Home Inc. (East) 669 W. Butler Drive, Drums is assisting the family with the local arrangements.
