Nancy Swantek, 69, of Black Creek Township, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at her home
Born in Hazleton, June 11, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Bernice (Nause) Zanolini and spent all of her life in Black Creek Township.
Nancy had worked as a Machine Operator for Berwick Industries. She was a member of St. John Bosco RC Church. She enjoyed crafting, attending craft shows, gardening, and spending time with her fur grandbabies Blackie and Beethoven.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband Joseph, who passed away January 4, 2005; a brother Frank Jr.; a niece Nadine Zanolini; amd nephews Michael Yost and Philip Zanolini.
Surviving are her son Timothy and his wife Tracey, Wapwallopen; a sister Mary Yost and her husband Melvin, Kent, NY; four brothers William and his wife Darlene, Black Creek Township; Kenneth and his wife Wendy, Black Creek Township; Carl and his wife Tammy, Rock Glen; and Jerry and his wife Jean, Drums; a sister-in-law Bonnie Zanolini, Frederick, MD; and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 9:30 am from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West) 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. John Bosco RC Church, 573 State Route 93, Sugarloaf. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart RC Cemetery, Weston. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday evening 6-8 pm.
