Gloria F. (Morie) Pasdon

Gloria F. Pasdon, 95, of Tomhicken, passed away Wednesday morning at Mt City Nursing and Rehabilitation center, Hazleton.

Born in Tomhicken on August 1, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Tittisanna A. and Naomi (Kelchner) Morie, and spent most of her life in Sugarloaf.

She was a member of Christ Church United Church of Christ, Conyngham.

She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by her husband Leonard J. Pasdon, who passed away on August 28, 1976.

Surviving are two children, Lana J. Plafcan and her husband Michael; and Jan M. Pasdon and his wife Barbara, all  of Tomhicken; a grandson Dean M. Plafcan and his wife Jill; two great-grandchildren Samuel and Steven Plafcan, all of State College; and several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held Saturday at 10 am from Harman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc. (West) 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen.  Burial will follow in Conyngham Union Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home Friday evening 7-9 PM
