Antoinette "Anne" Vita (Carolla) Robinson

Antoinette (Anne) Vita (Carolla) Robinson, of Drums, entered into eternal rest Monday, March 19, 2018.

Anne was born to Sicilian immigrants, the late Michael and Josephine (Arcure) Carolla, in North Dana, MA.

Anne was raised in North Bronx, New York City and graduated from Evander Childs High School.  After graduation she attended Monroe College School of Business and then married her late beloved husband, Richard William Robinson and moved to Drums.

Anne was passionate about and excelled in athletics.  She volunteered for the American Red Cross as a swimming instructor for many years and directed the Recreation Department at the Keystone Job Corp Center in Drums.  She also held various positions in direct sales.

Anne was a lover of music and dance and possessed many talents.  She was a loving, devoted wife and mother, with a heart of gold who valued family and friends.  Anne was a member of St. John Bosco Roman Catholic Church where she sang in the choir.  Anne will be remembered as a wonderful Mother and Friend, forever young at heart, never forgotten!

In addition to her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by a son Richard Wayne Robinson in 2017.

She is survived by her daughter, Lynne Anne Robinson of Lancaster, PA.

Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9:30am from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (East), 669 W. Butler Drive, Drums, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. John Bosco R.C. Church, Sugarloaf with the Rev. Richard J. Polmounter celebrating the Mass.  Friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 9 am to 9:30am on Friday morning.
