Theresa P. (Petrilla) Lutsky

Theresa P. Lutsky, of Hazleton passed away Friday October 17, 2025.

Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Carmella (Spallone) Petrilla.

She was a 1959 graduate of Hazleton Senior High School, and went on to graduate from McCann School of Business. After her 12-year employment at St Regis Paper Co., she worked as a receptionist until her retirement in 2007.

She was a member of Most Precious Blood R.C Church, Hazleton and I.S.D.A. Lodge 59.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband Edward S. Lutsky, daughter Melissa Prusak, brother Joseph A. Petrilla, and sisters Ann Marie Kisthardt, Victoria A. Bachman, and Wilma Ruggiero.

Surviving are her son Victor Lutsky and his wife Kathleen, Sugarloaf; grandson Shawn Lutsky, Drums; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Vic and Kathy would like to thank the staff of the Laurels Senior Living and Maylath Valley Health Hospice for all the care and kindness shown to Theresa, and a special thank you to Lynette and Shannon.

All services will be held at the convenience of the family through Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West) 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen.
