Ruth Elizabeth Hayman, 91, a resident of the Pavilion at St. Luke Village, Hazleton, passed away, Sunday afternoon, September 27, 2020 at the Pavilion, following a short illness.
Born in Fairmont, WV, January 17, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mabel (Minor) Hale. She spent past two years at the Pavilion and had resided for six years at Providence Place, Drums, after moving from Burr Ridge, IL.
Ruth was a retired Loan Officer for LaGrange Federal Savings and Loan, LaGrange, IL.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, two brothers Paul and James Hale.
Surviving are a son David Hayman, San Francisco, CA; three daughters Kathryn Green and her husband Douglas, Sugarloaf; Jean Cox and her husband Thomas, Pittsburgh; and Margaret Hayman, Downer's Grove, IL; three granddaughters Hannah, Karina, and Megan Ocampo; and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held privately with a Memorial Service at Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (East) 669 W. Butler Drive, Drums. Interment will take place privately at the convenience of the family.
