Richard J. O'Donnell, 72, of Weston, passed away Friday, September 19, 2025, at his residence.
Born in Hazleton, June 25, 1953, he was the son of the late John and Lillian (Seiwell) O'Donnell and spent the past 37 years in Weston, after moving from Levittown.
Richard attended Woodrow Wilson High School, and then graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University in 1993. Richard was a mechanical engineer for Air Products in Trexlertown, having retired in 2014. An avid baseball fan, he enjoyed coaching Valley West Babe Ruth and rooting for the Phillies. He also loved all types of music and enjoyed playing guitar.
He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by two brothers, Daniel and Kevin O'Donnell.
Surviving are a son, Sean O'Donnell and his wife Cassandra, Drums; a step-grandson, Cole Freeman, Drums; a brother, Harry O'Donnell and his wife Kathy, Levittown; a sister, Patricia O'Donnell, Levittown; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 4 to 6 PM from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (East), 669 W. Butler Dr, Drums. Interment will take place privately at the convenience of the family.
