Patricia Seburn Obituary
Patricia Ann Seburn, 85, of Sugarloaf, passed away Monday evening, September 29, 2025, at Fritzingertown Senior Living Community in Drums, where she had been a resident for the past two and a half months.
Born in Hazleton, May 31, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Genevieve (Rhodda) Campbell and spent the past 56 years in her beloved property in Sugarloaf.
Patricia was a graduate of Hazleton High School class of 1958. She was a loving wife, mother, homemaker and at home seamstress for many years. She was also a devoted sibling, having visited her sister Nancy everyday at St. Luke's Pavilion, becoming a beacon of light to residents and staff alike. Patricia was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Hazleton. She had a strong faith in Christ and was dedicated to reading her Bible every morning. Patricia also loved all animals, with a special appreciation for dogs, cats and birds.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her loving husband Jess J. Seburn, Jr. who passed away October 12, 2006; two sisters, Ellen Campbell and Nancy Reinmiller, and a brother, Hugh Campbell, Jr.
Surviving are her son, Jess J. Seburn, III, Wellsville; two nieces, Jen Salko, Hazleton; and Amanda Malloy and husband Paul, Freeland; a nephew, Scott Campbell and wife Leanne, Hazleton; and their children, Scott, Sabrina and Natalie; and a cousin, Lynn Rhodda and family, DE.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 7 PM from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (East), 669 W. Butler Dr, Drums. Interment will take place privately at the convenience of her family. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon from 5 PM until the time of the service.
