Mildred Marie (Zanolini) Croman

Mildred Marie Croman, 84, of Sugarloaf and Lake Wales, Fla., passed away Friday May 6, 2022, at AdventHealth Lake Wales under the care of Vitas Hospice.

She was born Aug. 24, 1937, in Hazleton, to the late Joseph and Evelyn Zanolini. she moved to Lake Wales from Alturas, Fla., in 1999. Mildred was a retired registered nurse from Lake Wales Hospital and was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed cooking and square dancing. Mildred loved parties, corn roasts and cookouts, but overall she loved her family.

Mildred was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Zanolini.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, William Croman; daughter, Lynn Ullrich and husband, Carl, Grottoes, Va.; sons, William Croman, Bartow, Fla.; and James Croman, Sugarloaf Twp.; sister, Alice Krivitsky and husband, Lou, Homer, Ala.; sister-in-law, Barbara Zanolini, St. Johns; and grandchildren, Emma Ullrich and Nicolas Ullrich.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 29, 2022 at 6 pm from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (East) 669 W. Butler Drive, Drums.  Friends may call at the funeral home Friday evening from 5 pm until the time of the service.
