Marlene M. Kadelak

Marlene M. Kadelak, 69, of Hazle Township, PA. passed away Thursday evening, March 20, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown, PA.  following a brief illness. 

Born in Hazleton, PA. December 16, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Joseph G. and Emily P. (Hupczey) Kadelak and spent the past 20 years in Hazle Township after moving from Hazleton. 

Marlene was a Licensed Practical Nurse for several local nursing homes including Weatherwood Nursing Home in Weatherly and St. Luke's Nursing and Rehabilitation in Hazleton. She attended St John Byzantine Catholic Church.

She loved being a nurse, was an extremely hard worker and was very fond of taking care of her 3 cats that have long passed. Loved Classic Rock music and going to concerts.
 
Surviving are three brothers;  Michael J. Kadelak, Stockton, PA. and his sons Stephen Kadelak, Arizona and Michael Kadelak who passed, was also in Arizona. Joseph M. Kadelak and wife Bonnie in Conyngham, PA. with children Heidi (Kadelak) Klein and Joe Kadelak. Robert E. Kadelak, Sterling Heights, MI. with children Robert and Julie Kadelak. There are also several nieces and nephews. 

Her funeral will be held privately at the convenience of her family.  Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (East), 669 W. Butler Dr., Drums is assisting the family with the arrangements.
