Margaret (Miller Thomashefsky) Keene

Margaret (Miller Thomashefsky) Keene, 89, of Fern Glen, passed away Saturday afternoon, February 6, 2021, in Fern Glen surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Nuremberg, July 18, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Miller and Anna (Andruzzi) Thomashefsky and spent the past 12 years in Fern Glen, after moving from Rahway, NJ.

Margaret was a Laborer and Baker for Sunshine Biscuits, Sayresville, NJ.  She attended Sacred Heart RC Church, Weston.  She enjoyed camping and traveling in her spare time.

She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her loving husband Charles Keene, who passed away in 1987; two sisters, Elizabeth Lutz and Violet Mummey; and a brother Edward Thomasefsky.

Surviving are three children, Nancy Jastrzebski and her husband Frank; Edward Hinderliter; all of Fern Glen; and Kathleen Mikula and her husband Robert, Chandler, AZ; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; a sister Mary Ann Fisher and her husband Larry, Fern Glen; and several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at 12pm from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West), 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen. Burial will follow privately in Sacred Heart RC Cemetery, Weston.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00am until the time of the service.
