Margaret Ann (Gudich) Fury

Margaret Ann Fury (Gudich), affectionately known as Marge, Margie, or Maggie, passed away at the age of 96 on July 7, 2024, in Athens, Alabama.  Born on February 19, 1928, in Fern Glen, Pennsylvania, she was a strong-willed yet sweet woman who left a lasting impact on those around her.

Margaret is survived by her loving sons, James (& Bonnie) Vinciguerra, Keith (& Nancy) Fury, and David (& Malou) Fury.  She was a cherished grandmother to Angela Vinciguerra Santacruz, Nicole Fury Clark, Brian Fury, Miranda Fury Foust, Bethany Fury Chattin, and Michael Fury.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Anna (Milot) Gudich; her husband, Alexander Fury; her grandson, Jamie Vinciguerra; and her siblings, Joseph, Catherine, and Stephen Jr.

A Funeral Mass and burial will be held in her honor at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Weston, Pennsylvania, on July 27, 2024 at 10:00AM.  Friends are invited to call at the church from 9:00AM until the time of the Mass.  Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (West), 1265 Rock Glen Rd, Rock Glen is assisting the family with the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any local animal rescue organizations, a cause close to Margaret's heart.  Her spirit and legacy will continue to live on through her family, friends, and the many lives she touched.
