Lucille Theresa Marsch, 92, of Hazle Township, passed away September 5, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Hazleton, following a short illness.
Born in Leavenworth, KS, December 6, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Constance (Fitzner) Rogacki and spent the past 50 years in Hazle Township, after moving from Rutherford, NJ.
Lucille was a Homemaker for most of her life and had worked in the dietary department at Fritzingertown Senior Living Community, until the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. She was a member of Good Shepherd RC Church, Drums, where she was a very active volunteer with many church events, and served as a CCD instructor and coordinator. She was also a Past President of the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, Richard, who passed away, January 22, 2010; a daughter Theresa Kennedy, May 26, 2006; and several brothers and sisters.
Surviving are a son John Marsch and his wife Deryl, Coconut Creek, FL; six grandchildren; nine great-granchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Friday at Noon with a graveside service in Calvary Cemetery, 49 S. Hunter Highway, Drums. Memorial donations may be made to Good Shepherd RC Church, 87 S. Hunter Highway, Drums.
