Jeffrey Wozniak Obituary

Jeffrey T. Wozniak, 47, of Sugarloaf, passed away early Sunday morning, July 4, 2021 at his home following a lengthy illness.

Born in Middletown, OH, October 11, 1973, he was the son of Thomas J. and Geraldine "Gerrie" Ann (Johnston) Wozniak, Conyngham; and spent the past 18 years in Sugarloaf, after moving from Conyngham.

Jeffrey was a Senior Vice President for First Keystone Community Bank, Berwick, where he also was the Information Security Officer and IT Manager.  He was a US Navy veteran from 1991 - 1997 where he achieved the rank of HT2.  He graduated from Bloomsburg University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences.  He was a member of Saint John Bosco RC Church, Sugarloaf.  He was also a member of SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) where he was a Solo Safety Steward and co-Chief of Workers for the NEPA Chapter, and was active in the Susquehanna Chapter.  Jeff was on the Board of Directors of the McBride Memorial Library, Berwick; and enjoyed racing, hiking, camping, puzzles, Lego's, trips to Virginia Beach, putting on fireworks displays, working in the garage, spending time with his family and tinkering with his daughter.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his loving wife, the former Monica L. Gursky to whom he was married on May 3, 2003; a daughter Kendall Wozniak, at home; two brothers Brian Wozniak and his wife Lisa Hart, Conyngham; and Craig Wozniak and his wife Susan, Collegeville; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

His funeral will be held Friday, July 9, 2021 at 9:30 am  from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (East), 669 W. Butler Drive, Drums, followed by a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. John Bosco RC Church, 573 PA-93, Sugarloaf. Burial will take place privately at the convenience of the family.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday evening, July 8, 2021 from 6 to 8 pm.
