James Robert Yost

James Robert Yost, 67, of Conyngham, passed away at his home on Sunday afternoon, January 15, 2023.

Born in Hazleton to the late William D. and Sondra J. (Welch) Yost, he was preceded in death by his niece Megan Murray.

Jim was a graduate of West Hazleton High School in 1973 and proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1979-1982.  He was employed as a Maintenance Mechanic at several local firms.  Jim was a member of the Valley Vets Post #8161.

He is survived by his sister Margaret Yost and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  At his request, no service is planned and burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
