Emily I. Berger, 75, formerly of Zion Grove and resident of Providence Place, Drums for the past 3 years, passed away Sunday March 22, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown, following a short illness.
Born in Shenandoah, PA, May 21, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Pearl Lindenmuth and spent most of her life in Zion Grove prior to moving to Drums.
Emily was a Bank Teller for Bank of America, Conyngham. After retiring she enjoyed her winter trips to Florida for warmth and sunshine with her husband. She was also a member of Emmanuel U.C.C. Church, Nuremberg, Oneida Senior Citizens, DMMC, Dream Machine Motor Club, Bloomsburg; and enjoyed reading, classic cars, camping, boating, and bowling.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her mom, by her husband Wayne Berger.
Surviving are her cousins Renae Miller and her husband Randy, Bloomsburg; and Robin Houser and his wife Joan, Mifflinville: also surviving are several other cousins and extended family
Her funeral will be held Saturday March 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West) 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen at. Burial will follow in Mt Zion Cemetery, Zion Grove. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday morning from 10AM until the time of service.
