Dorothy E. (Baum) Dallachiesa

Dorothy E. Dallachiesa, 96, formerly of Nuremberg, passed away late Tuesday evening, January 13, 2026, at Mountain Top Health Care and Rehabilitation Center where she had been a guest for the past five and a half years.

Born in Nuremberg, June 8, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Mary (Batchick) Baum, Sr. and had spent most of her life in Nuremberg.

Dorothy graduated from North Union Twp. High School in Nuremberg High on May 27, 1947. She was a Housekeeper for Nuremberg Elementary School. She was a faithful and devoted member of Emmanuel UCC in Nuremberg. She was also a member of the Oneida Senior Citizens. In her free time, she loved spending time with friends and playing games. She was a very sweet and loving mother and was devoted to her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, Raymond Dallachiesa, Sr; who passed away October 14, 1995; infant daughters, Deborah and Suzette Dallachiesa, daughters-in-law, and a brother, Fred Baum.

Surviving are three sons, Ray Dallachiesa, Brandonville; Douglas Dallachiesa, Nuremberg; and Jeffrey Dallachiesa, McAdoo; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren, a sister, Marlene Marignon and husband Robert, Cheektowaga, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (West), 1265 Rock Glen Rd, Rock Glen is assisting the family with the arrangements.
