Debra Sanko, 63, of Barnesville, passed away Friday afternoon, June 19, 2020 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes Barre, following a three-week illness.
Born in Hazleton, January 9, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Evelyn (Grosch) Radtke and spent the past five years in Barnesville, Pennsylvania after moving from Oakdale.
Debra was a Homemaker for most of her life. She had also at one time worked for Avco Financial, West Hazleton. She was of the Lutheran Faith. She enjoyed crafting, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, her pet dog a Beaglere, Rosie, She was well known for her sense of humor.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by a brother Robert Radtke, and a sister Nancy Radtke.
Surviving are her husband Frank, to whom she was married on May 22, 1999; three daughters Danielle Woodring, Conyngham; Erica Quinones and her wife Erica M. Quinones, Freeland; and Melissa Hague and her husband Tim, Freehold, NJ; five grandchildren, Eva, Jocelyn, Aidan, Owen, and Lily; and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 am from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (East) 669 W. Butler Drive, Drums. Private cremations will take place following the service. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday evening 6-8 pm.
