Clarence K. "Keith" Culp, 66, of Drums, passed away late Wednesday evening, February 15, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown, following a short illness.
Born in Hazleton, August 22, 1956, he was the son of the late Clarence and Angeline (Obert) Culp and had spent most of his life in Drums.
Keith was a 1974 Hazleton Area High School graduate and in his younger years was a volunteer firefighter for many local departments. He worked as a Security Guard for the Mohegan Sun Pocono Casino, Wilkes-Barre. Keith was a Boy Scout Leader for Troop # 650, Freeland. He was a member of Saint John Bosco RC, Church, Sugarloaf, and was also an associate member of the Marine Corps League Anthracite Detachment #428, Hazleton. Keith was an avid football fan, with his favorite teams being the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers.
Surviving are his loving wife, the former Lisa M. Marsyada, to whom he was married on May 7, 1988, in Conyngham Valley; four children, Andrew Culp and wife Jessica, Reading; Nicole Youngcourt and husband Sammuel; Travis Culp and wife Rebecca; and Carissa Barinas and husband Erick, all of Drums; four grandchildren, Adrienne, Isabella, Luca and Rosalie; two brothers, David Culp and wife Ann, Pittston; and Gregg Culp and wife Jennifer, Avoca; and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 9:30 AM from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (East), 669 West Butler Drive, Drums, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Saint John Bosco RC Church, 573 State Route 93, Sugarloaf. Interment will follow in Calvary RC Cemetery, Drums. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, February 20, 2023, from 6 to 8 PM.
