Charles A. Christian, 74, of Drums, passed away early Saturday morning, September 3, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown, following a sudden illness.
Born in Montcalm, WV, July 15, 1948, he was the son of the late George and Margaret (Moses) Christian and spent the past 30 years in Drums, after moving from Sugarloaf.
Charles was a Laborer for Valley Seeding, Sugarloaf. He enjoyed listening to country music, woodworking, hay farming, taking care of his horses and other animals and watching western movies.
He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by a son Charles Christian and numerous brothers and sisters.
Surviving are his wife, the former Christine Heckrote, to whom he was married on August 23, 1993; two children Martin Christian, Shenandoah; and Sabrina Brynok and her husband Gary, White Haven; three grandchildren Ace, Charles and Cole; a sister Paula Minnix, WV; a brother Ernie Christian and his wife Diane, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held with a Memorial Service on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 12 pm from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (East), 669 West Butler Drive, Drums. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 11 am until the time of the service. Interment will take place privately at the convenience of the family.
