Carol J. (Davis) Kuliczkowski

Carol J. Kuliczkowski passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at Saint Mary Medical Center, Langhorne at the age of 76.

Born in Hazleton, PA, Mrs. Kuliczkowski has been a longtime resident of Levittown and was a member of the former Christ Lutheran Church.

She was very hard working and dedicated to her 40 plus years career as a Nurse Anesthetist.

Carol loved baking and cooking, but she especially loved her long telephone conversations with her friends and family.

Mrs. Kuliczkowski is the loving mother of Roger Kuliczkowski (Aimee) and Michele Kuliczkowski; and the devoted grandmother of Brianna.

She will also be sadly missed by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Carol is predeceased by her husband, Stephen Kuliczkowski; son, Kevin Kuliczkowski; parents, Kathryn (Ulshafer) and Guy Davis Sr.; and brothers Guy Davis Jr. and Paul Ulshafer.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, July 9, 2021 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA. Friends may also call on Saturday, July 10, 2021, from 12:00 until 2:00 pm at the Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen, PA 18246. Interment will be held in Nuremburg Cemetery, Zion Grove, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1818 Market Street, Suite 2820, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
