Bartolo "Barney" Natoli, Jr., 67, of Hazle Township, passed away Saturday afternoon, November 18, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Hazleton following a lengthy illness.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, September 7, 1956, he was the son of the late Bartolo and Cecilia (Monaco) Natoli, Sr. and spent the past 34 years in Hazle Township, after moving from Middlesex, NJ.
Barney was a 1974 graduate of Middlesex High School. He was employed as a chef for many years during the 70's and 80's at the Lincoln Tavern, Middlesex. Barney was also a Volunteer firefighter for Middlesex Fire Department, Beechwood Heights. He was instrumental in establishing a youth center in Middlesex borough, was very involved in his community and enjoyed helping kids.
He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by two brothers, Dominick and Dario Natoli, and one sister, Marianne Natoli.
Surviving are his brother William Natoli and wife Linda, Columbia, NJ; a sister, Nina Gudich and husband Lawrence, Nuremberg, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held with a private memorial graveside service in Resurrection Cemetery, 899 E. Lincoln Ave., Piscataway, NJ 08854. Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (East), 669 W. Butler Drive, Drums, assisted the family with the arrangements.
