Anna M. Pius, 78, of Drums, passed away early Saturday morning, March 4, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown, following a lengthy illness.
Born in Larksville, December 1, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Wasil) Petros and spent the past 24 years in Drums, after moving from Wilkes-Barre.
Anna was an Office Manager for an apartment complex. She was a member of Good Shepherd RC Church, Drums. Anna enjoyed crocheting and quilting and loved all dogs, especially her Yorkies.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by a sister, Magdaline Beagle.
Surviving are her loving husband, James Pius; daughter MaryAnn Campbell, Williamstown, NJ; two grandchildren, Ian and Alec Campbell; nine siblings, Mary Bigger and husband Larry, Plains; Joseph Petros, Shickshinny; Elizabeth Lear and husband Dennis, Mt. Top; Andrew Petros and wife Mary Joan, Wapwallopen; Michael Petros and wife Rita, Larksville; George Petros and wife Deborah, Larksville; Bernadette Steele, Larksville; Veronica Drago and husband Michael, Larksville; and John Petros, Glen Lyon and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held with a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 10 AM in Good Shepherd RC Church, 87 S. Hunter Hwy., Drums. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the church on Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of the Mass. Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (East), 669 W. Butler Drive, Drums, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
