Tracy Rangel, 22, of Welsh Road, Sugarloaf, passed away Friday at Hazleton General Hospital.
Born in Hazleton, October 24, 1988, she was the daughter of Lillian (Cyckowski) Rangel, Sugarloaf and the late Gerry Rangel, who passed away September 19, 2001.
Tracy had been employed as a night auditor in the hotel industry most recently for the Marriot Hotel Company and spent her entire life in Sugarloaf.
She was preceded in death in addition to her father by her maternal grandfather Stanley Cyckowski.
Surviving in addition to her mother are a brother David Rangel, Tampa, FL; maternal grandmother Ann Cyckowski, Harrison, NJ; paternal grandmother Elvia Perez, Newark, NJ; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West) 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen on Tuesday from 4-8 pm culminating with a short service to be officiated by the Rev. Wayne Lupole at 8 pm. Following cremation, a private graveside service will be held in Nuremberg Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest with her father.
