Philip M. Banks, Jr.

Philip M. Banks, Jr., 65, of Drums, passed away Sunday afternoon at Mt. City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Hazleton.

Born in Chester, PA, September 3, 1951, he was the son of the late Philip M. and Edith (Miller) Banks, Sr..

Philip was a US Army Veteran during the Vietnam Era. and had worked in the construction industry.

He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by a brother Robert F. Banks, and sisters Constance Minor and Nancy Yurechko.

Surviving are two sisters Shirley Ward and her husband Robert, West Hazleton; and Marie Calarco and her husband William, Nuremberg; and several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in St. Johns Lutheran and UCC Cemetery, St. Johns.
