Anne "Nancy" G. Kushick, 91, of Fern Glen, passed away Wednesday evening, March 27, 2024, at Forest Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Weatherly, following a lengthy illness.
Born in Jeanesville, September 22, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Stritz) Mulligan and spent the past 70 years in Fern Glen after moving from Jeanesville.
Nancy was a factory worker at several area manufacturing plants. She was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Weston; where she was in the Altar and Rosary Society. She was also a member of Twin County Lionettes. Nancy enjoyed spending her time traveling, especially overseas to Germany, and trips to Disney with her family.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her loving husband, Joseph Kushick; son-in-law, Jeffrey Herring; and siblings, Maurita Phillips, John, James, Joseph Mulligan, Grace Catherine Kroscavage, and Thomas Mulligan
Surviving are two daughters, Joanne Herring, and Kathleen Virnelson both of Fern Glen; two grandchildren, Joseph Herring, Livermore, CA; Marianne Virnelson, Silver Spring, MD, three siblings, Edward Mulligan and wife Priscilla, Myrtle Beach, SC; Robert "Bobby" Mulligan and his wife Betty, Jim Thorpe; and Margaret Borneisen, Cedar Grove, NC, and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 9:15 AM from Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West), 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen; followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Weston. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday evening, April 1, 2024, from 6 to 8 PM.
