Thomas M. Mulligan

Thomas M. Mulligan, 74, of Beech Mt. Lakes, passed away Sunday morning at Department of Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, following a lengthy illness.

Born in Rossington, Yorkshire, England, December 31, 1941, he was the son of the late Joseph and Janet Mulligan.  He spent the past 12 years in Beech Mt. Lakes after moving from Hazleton.

Thomas was a US Navy Veteran during the Vietnam Era, having served on the USS Luiseno.  He was a retired electrician and enjoyed building wishing wells in his spare time.

Surviving are his wife of the past 39 years, the former Michele Fourre; three daughters Dawn Franklin, Hazleton; Cindy Matthews and her husband Chuck, Haddock; and Lisa Fourre, Wiscassat, ME; four grandchildren, Robert and Michele Franklin, Steven Fourre, and Brittany Eigenbrod; and four great-grandchildren.

All services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
