Robert L. Brosius

Robert L. Brosius, 65, of Weston passed away Wednesday afternoon at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton, following a two-year illness.

Born in Shenandoah, April 30, 1950, he was the son of the late Clyde and Betty (Zimmerman) Brosius, and spent his entire life in the Nuremberg/Weston area.

He had worked as a finisher for the former Garland Industries, Freeland.  He was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Nuremberg; Nuremberg Weston Volunteer Fire Company, where he served on the Fire Police; the Nuremberg Community Ambulance Association; and American Legion Post #699, Nuremberg.

Robert is survived by a brothers Harry, Nuremberg; and Theodore, Hunlock Creek; a sister Yvonne Weaver, Hazleton; and several nieces and nephews.
