Frederick H. Fracke

Frederick H. Fracke, 79, of Sugarloaf passed away Saturday morning at Mountain City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Hazle Township.

Born in Philadelphia, March 13, 1938, he was the son of the late Herman and Mary (Barrow) Fracke, and spent the past 47 years in Sugarloaf after moving from Sumneytown, PA.

Fred had served with the Air National Guard. He was the proprietor of Sugarloaf Mountain Log Homes, from 1977 until his retirement in 2007.  He enjoyed woodworking and working on his motorcycles.

Surviving are his wife of the past 56 years, the former Suzanne Brosman; two daughters Rochelle White and her husband Paul, Jim Thorpe; and Adelle Stott and her husband Michael, Roanoke, IN; three grandchildren Christopher, Sara, and Kaitlynn; and several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held Saturday at 2 pm with a Memorial Service at Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West) 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen.  Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday afternoon from 1 pm until the time of the services.
