Cole Daniel Moyer

Cole Daniel Moyer, 16, of Beaver Township passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning.

Born in Danville, August 12, 2001 he was the son of Spike Moyer and Delcy and Don Long; all of Beaver Township

Cole was a junior in the electrical program at Columbia-Montour Vocational Technical School where he was inducted to the National Honor Society last year, and was part of the wrestling and ski team.  He was a member of the Boy Scouts where this year he would have received Eagle Scout. He was a passionate sports fan and played on the Dillon’s championship Little League Team from 2012-2014.  He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting and had a passion for archery hunting.

Preceding him in death was his paternal grandfather, Paul Moyer, and uncle, Kenneth Moyer.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are three brothers, Chase Moyer, Gage Moyer, and Cade Long, all of Bloomsburg; paternal grandmother, Johann Moyer, Conyngham; maternal grandparents, Albert and Patricia Bellum, Bloomsburg; aunts, Audra Hayle and husband Doug, Scotch Valley; and Debbie Schell and husband Barry, Zion Grove; an uncle, Darrin Bellum, Bloomsburg; and several cousins.

Services for Cole will be held with the family receiving relatives and friends, Monday from 4-8 PM at Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West) 1265 Rock Glen Road, Rock Glen. Internment will take place privately at the family’s convenience.
